We offer system testing which includes hydro and pneumatic testing of pump and piping skids, dye penetrant testing of welded tanks, non-destructive testing of fabrication materials, and X-ray and mag particle testing of structural and pipe welds. We also offer a full range of repair services, including alignment, system diagnostic and evaluation, vibration analysis, system installation and removal, system rebuild and upgrade, general repair and maintenance, and onsite training.

Customer Service Representative (FPD)
The Customer Service Representatives for FPD provide assistance to our valued customers. They are responsible for submitting quotations for customer inquiries, providing product information and technical data as required, and processing customer orders. The Customer Service Representatives for FPD are also responsible for the procurement of products/services required to fulfill contract requirements. These individuals are critical to enhancing the Company’s image through their problem resolution and interpersonal skills. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Customer Service:
  • Address telephone, fax, and email inquiries from customers, vendors and co-workers
  • Generate quotes and process customer orders; communicate expected delivery dates
  • Provide trouble-shooting assistance; assist with shipment issues; resolve product related problems
  • Issue return authorizations for products that customers no longer want/need
  • Discuss product return instructions with the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator and provide stocking or vendor forwarding instructions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that issues are resolved to their satisfaction
Procurement:
  • Develop and maintain list of suppliers for goods and services
  • Negotiate best pricing for products/services with supplier
  • Generate purchase orders for required products/services and track scheduled delivery dates
  • Collect and distribute required purchase order documentation (ie. Material certifications, MSDS information, etc) from suppliers
  • Manage and track material returns with suppliers
Planning:
  • Coordinate scheduling of labor added assemblies with Service Manager based upon contract obligations and purchase order fulfillment
  • Plan, track and coordinate delivery of purchased products against delivery date
  • Expedite purchase orders as required
Contract Management:
  • Enter and maintain customer sales orders into business system
  • Assist with the clarification of contract requirements and resolution of any conflicts
  • Communicate any order issues with Accounting Department
  • Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance
Administrative:
  • Perform all tasks assigned by the Inside Sales Manager
  • Work with Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to ship in accordance with customer routing requirements
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts
  • Follow all Safety and Quality System policies and procedures

Education and Experience

Outside Technical Sales Representative (FPD)
The Outside Sales Representative plays a vital role in the success of the organization. The primary duties of this position involve working with procurement, maintenance, and engineering personnel. Individuals in this position address questions and concerns regarding product pricing, capabilities and performance. This position also requires individuals to provide technical assistance and troubleshoot products installed in the field. Travel is required, typically within the state of Wisconsin. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Account Generation/Sales Growth:

  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers
  • Follow up on referrals and new leads
  • Identify business opportunities and threats
  • Monitor and report competitor activities to company colleagues and management
  • Regularly improve product knowledge by attending company and vendor sponsored training programs

Account Management:

  • Maintain established customer relationships with regular visits
  • Maintain Company’s Customer Relationship Management database with current information
  • Identify opportunities to expand product base within every customer account
  • Review customer operations for improving business process opportunities
  • Continuously update all customers on company product capabilities, services, and enhancements
  • Liaising between the company, vendors and customers for up-to-date information on pricing, service, and other issues

Contract Management:

  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales
  • Assist with the clarification of contract requirements and resolution of any conflicts
  • Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance

Customer Relations:

  • Generate proposals, presentations, and sales contracts

Service Technician (FRD)
The Service Technician plays an important role within the organization by providing added value services to the products that are sold to our customers. This individual is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment across all the different product lines that the Company represents. The Service Technician is key to differentiating our company from others in the industry by providing quick repair turnaround and quality service. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Repair Inspection:

  • Ability to analyze equipment failures to determine cause and to prevent recurrences
  • Capable of detecting malfunctions and defects in equipment
  • Review equipment drawings and determine parts necessary to complete repair
  • Inspect parts/components and determine if they are re-workable
  • Prepare a Service Report for all service inspections/repairs

Equipment Repair:

  • Pick up and deliver equipment to customer locations
  • Perform tear down, inspection, reporting, cleaning, reassembly and testing of equipment
  • Capable of utilizing measurement/testing equipment
  • Ensure that the work and components used in service are in compliance with manufacturer specifications
  • Read and interpret schematics for assembly, repair, and reassembly as required

On-site Services:

  • Provide technical knowledge to customers in all aspects of inspection, repair, installation, alignment and start-up of equipment
  • Installation and set up new equipment
  • Prepare Service Reports detailing service call, parts used, rental equipment, labor and all associated costs
  • Complete expense reports for on-site services provided

Administrative:

  • Perform all tasks assigned by the Service Manager, which includes shipping/receiving, testing, or assisting other service technicians as needed
  • Complete light paperwork
  • Attend factory and in-house training to develop and maintain proficiency
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Education and Experience
